Where we started

The challenge.

Nairobi has plenty of garages and almost all of them are found the same way: a call from a friend, a post in a Facebook group, or a listing on a directory. Dealer pages and directories fill the first results for Nissan searches.

Aljarey Motors is a Nissan specialist with certified mechanics and genuine parts, but nothing online said so in the words a driver types when the dashboard light comes on.

What we did

The work.

  • Website copy built around the search. The home page and service pages were written around “Nissan repair Nairobi”, in the way owners of Notes, X-Trails, Marches and Navaras actually describe their problems.
  • A pilot blog of five posts. Each answers a real question, such as common Nissan Note problems in Nairobi, and links back to the services and the contact page.
  • Clear next steps on every page. Free diagnostic, WhatsApp, call or online booking, so a reader can act in seconds.
